When the Black Sheep Restaurant Group built their flagship restaurant in Jacksonville’s historic Five Points neighborhood, a flatiron building with a rooftop patio, one thing was clear: this restaurant demanded menus as undeniably cool as the building itself.
The restaurant’s commitment using the freshest local ingredients presented a unique challenge:
The menus had to be easily editable at a moment’s notice. The dinner menus feature food, wine, beer, and cocktail tabs attached to custom powdered coated aluminum backs with screwposts, allowing for easy dis- and re-assembly.
The interior wall menu features hand-placed laser-cut white acrylic letters with magnetic backing, so any of the menu items can be brushed off and replaced at any time.
